A series of new paintings largely drawing on David's travelogue observations through the Californian landscape both natural and urban.

Painted in reverse on plexiglass these luminescent images radiate a hyper-real glow. 

They are frozen snapshots with an otherworldly stillness, that capture the ancient graphic beauty and nascent urban colonization of the Californian landscape.
